On the bench

Three active threads. Each has a different definition of done.

  1. 01Release work
    Ledgerly

Preparing the private money app for release while hardening the long tail of Indian bank-SMS formats, balances, subscriptions, and card logic.

  2. 02Site work
    Madmaxlabs.com

Turning a strong studio shell into a useful commercial and editorial site: focused service pages, maintained field guides, better search foundations, and a front door with more life in it.

  3. 03Post-launch
    Orbit

The first Android app is live worldwide. We are watching the release, improving the product story, and learning what people actually use after the launch post wears off.

Next, when there is room.

  1. 01Continue the recording and recipe-structure work with Falcon's dad for CookwithPops.
  2. 02Turn the social publishing build into a reusable, provider-neutral operating system without pretending automation replaces taste.

Open questions

Not prompts for posts. Things we are trying to answer by doing the work.

  1. 01How far can on-device parsing generalize across inconsistent bank messages without sending anyone's financial history off the phone?
  2. 02What does a high-value studio feed look like when it refuses the daily-volume treadmill?
  3. 03How should an automation reveal its failures so a person can recover them without learning the whole stack?
  4. 04Can we capture tacit cooking knowledge from a person who does not cook from recipes, without it feeling like an interview?

Currently learning

How search, product launches, and first-party distribution reinforce each other when the same useful work can serve more than one purpose.
