Website privacy

This notice covers madmaxlabs.com, orbit.madmaxlabs.com and ledgerly.madmaxlabs.com. The Android and Mac apps have their own privacy policies; adding measurement to these websites does not add analytics to the apps.
Visits and website actions
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits, referring sites and actions such as opening an app-store listing, playing a guide video or successfully submitting a form. It uses cookieless measurement. Our custom events contain product and action labels, not names, email addresses, messages, payment references, order identifiers or precise locations. We strip query strings and fragments from measured page URLs and exclude private admin and checkout-claim pages.
A payment capture identifier is held in the current browser tab’s session storage only to avoid counting a confirmed checkout twice in that tab. We do not send that identifier as an analytics property. Analytics is approximate and may be blocked by your browser. Vercel describes its request processing and anonymous visitor measurement in its Web Analytics privacy documentation.
Forms and payments
When you submit an enquiry, beta request or waitlist form, we store the information you provide in our database so we can act on it. The form system also records request information such as a referring page, network address and user agent for operation and abuse prevention. These records are separate from the anonymous analytics events. Newsletter and waitlist requests are used for the purpose described on their form.
PayPal processes payments through the agency checkout. We keep the payment and contact details needed to record the transaction and provide the service. Payment credentials are handled by PayPal. Other product checkout flows identify their payment provider separately.
Performance and errors
The agency website uses Vercel Speed Insights for performance measurement. The websites use Sentry for application error reports. These operational systems are separate from the product apps and from the conversion counts.
