Social media strategy and production

A social presence with a point of view.

Fewer disposable posts, more things worth pinning, forwarding, and remembering.

The publishing bench

We run the system on ourselves.

Mad Max Labs' own feed is the working bench: product launches, policy reads, and long-form technical articles produced from the real work.

About Social systems

Most business social is a volume problem someone invented to sell a calendar. We start with the durable material: what you know, what you are building, and what your market consistently gets wrong.

Then we create a sustainable publishing system around it. The voice is written down, the creative is art-directed, and scheduling is automated only after the work sounds unmistakably like you.

What should improve
  • A recognizable voice instead of template copy
  • High-value posts that can travel beyond the day they publish
  • A cadence the team can sustain without living in a scheduler
Scope

What ships.

  • Voice, audience, and editorial lanes documented
  • Long-form posts, build notes, and useful short-form cutdowns
  • Human-directed creative and reusable visual systems
  • Publishing workflow across the channels that matter
  • A monthly review based on signal, not vanity volume
What it costs

Social systems usually run $1,000 to $2,500 per month, depending on cadence, channel count, and how much original creative we produce.

Not the right fit

If the brief is daily trend-chasing or bulk posts that could belong to any brand, we are the wrong shop. We would rather publish three strong things than ten forgettable ones.

Process

How it runs.

  1. Find the material

We interview the work, audit the existing feed, and identify recurring ideas only your business can credibly own.

  2. Build the house style

Voice, formats, art direction, approvals, and a realistic cadence become one operating document.

  3. Publish and learn

The strongest ideas become deeper assets; weak formats are retired instead of fed forever.

Before we talk

Fair questions.

Do you use AI to write the posts?

We use software where it removes mechanical work, but source material, angle, editing, and final approval stay human. The test is whether the post could only have come from your business.

Which channels do you manage?

We choose channels from the audience and the material, not from a bundle. Typical systems cover X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile where each has a real job.

Can you work with our internal team?

Yes. We can run the full system or provide the editorial strategy, house style, templates, and review loop for an in-house publisher.

Start a conversation

Tell us where it is stuck.

A short note is enough. We will tell you whether a social system looks like the right move, and if it does not, what we would do first. We reply the same working day, Monday to Friday.

Prefer to talk first? Book a 30-minute fit call. Thirty minutes on Google Meet, Monday to Friday, to find out whether we are the right shop for the job. No deck, no pitch.

We'll only use this to reply and to send the occasional update. No rented lists, easy out.
