Project deposit or invoice
A deposit to start a build, or an invoice we have sent you. Type the amount and put the invoice number or the project name in the reference line, so it lands on the right file. For anything above the limit here, email us and we send a bank transfer line instead; the fees are kinder.

- The reference you type is stored with the payment on our side.
- We confirm it against the file the same working day.
What happens next.
PayPal emails you the receipt, and the payment lands on our books with the reference you typed. We match it to the invoice or the project and confirm by email the same working day, Monday to Friday. A deposit starts the work on the agreed date.
Payments are processed by PayPal; we never see card details. Every payment is recorded on our side before PayPal takes it, with the reference you typed. If something goes wrong, email madmaxlabsllc@gmail.com and we sort it out, refunds included.
