About Team enablement, four weeks
Four weeks that end with the team running on the tools. The setup for every seat in week one, a workshop in week one and again in week three, office hours every week, and in between we build the team's skills library and the scheduled tasks with the people who will use them. It ends with a written playbook and 60 days of support.
A team of five to ten that wants the change to stick, rather than to attend a session and go back to the old way on Monday.
